No! Don’t Touch Me There

Every day, we hear stories of children being abducted or abused. Given the peculiar nature of our environment, one can only imagine the number of such cases that do not get reported.

It is quite scary that most abuses are perpetuated by people the children know, or possibly trust. Consequently, it is very necessary to equip children by telling them of the dangers out there and what they should do if they find themselves in frightening situations.

The book “No, Don’t Touch Me There” by Pastor Nomthi Odukoya, did a good job of presenting the information in a way that makes it easy for parents to discuss sensitive issues with their children. Kids can also read and understand this book themselves.

The 16 page book covers a variety of subjects; from talking to strangers to not keeping secrets from parents and even teaching children how to act when they are touched inappropriately.

“No! Don’t Touch Me There” is available at the Fountain of Life Church bookshop and other leading bookshops across Nigeria.
